Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and as such, cancellations after purchase are not allowed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive and personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You raise a return request within 2days from the date of delivery.
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You provide clear photos and details of the issue for verification.
Refunds are not applicable if:
• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• You contact us after the 2-day return window.
• You no longer want the product or ordered it by mistake.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
1. We will share instructions for returning the product.
2. You must securely pack the item to prevent further damage during transit.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. If a return pickup is unavailable, customer need to currier by self, expenses will be refunded
Note: Lasyacare will bear the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please initiate a return and request a replacement or refund.
